DLOOK(Dressy) employs industry-standard security practices, including encryption, secure servers, firewalls, and access controls, to safeguard your data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure.

7. Face Data

As part of our service, we collect and process face data (images containing facial features) to provide AI-powered image services. The specific processing depends on the feature you use, as detailed in Section 8 (AI Services and Third-Party Processors). We are committed to ensuring the privacy and security of your face data and to being transparent about how it is used. In summary:

(1) Collection of facial data

When you use features such as Color Analysis, Virtual Try-On, or Style Analysis, you voluntarily provide photos that include your face. For Virtual Try-On and Style Analysis, we extract facial feature line maps after processing the image, and we do not retain the original photo. For Color Analysis, skin, hair, and eye color values are calculated on your device, and the photo may be sent to OpenAI solely for generating preview images as described in Section 8. For AI Stylist Chat, you may optionally attach photos to your messages, which will be sent to OpenAI (GPT-4o) and/or Google (Gemini) as described in Section 8.

(2) Use of facial data

Your facial data is used only to provide the requested AI services, such as generating personal color palette recommendations, virtual clothing try-on simulations, and style reports. It is not used for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

(3) Data storage and retention

Facial feature line maps are retained only for the time required to generate the AI-based images and are deleted immediately thereafter. Photos sent to OpenAI for Color Analysis previews are processed transiently; we do not permanently store these photos on our servers, and OpenAI processes them solely to generate the requested previews in line with its privacy and data processing terms.

(4) Data sharing and third-party disclosure

Except as expressly described in Section 8 (for Color Analysis preview generation with OpenAI), we do not sell, rent, or share your facial data with third parties. Facial data is never shared with advertisers or data brokers.

(5) Data Security

We implement strong security measures to protect your facial data from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. However, please note that no data transmission or storage system can be completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. AI Services and Third-Party Processors

DLOOK uses AI to power its core features. The AI processing for each feature is described below:

Color Analysis: Skin, hair, and eye color values are calculated on your device using Apple's Vision / Core Image frameworks. These numeric color values (not your photo) are processed by our own AI models on our own servers to recommend your personal color palette. Your photo is sent to OpenAI (GPT-4o) only to generate preview images of you wearing garments in the recommended colors.

Virtual Try-On: Your photo is processed entirely on our own secure servers, where our self-hosted workflow replaces the clothing in the image. It is not shared with any third-party AI provider.

Style Analysis: Your photos are processed entirely by our own AI models on our own servers, which analyze clothing preferences to generate a style report. They are not shared with any third-party AI provider.

AI Stylist Chat: Your chat messages and photos are sent to OpenAI (GPT-4o) and/or Google (Gemini) to generate styling advice. No account information, name or location are included in these messages.

When we engage third-party AI providers, we enter into agreements that require them to process your data only on our instructions, maintain confidentiality, and not use your data for their own purposes (such as model training). For further details, please consult the privacy policies of OpenAI and Google.

9. Protection of personal information of children

DLOOK(Dressy) is committed to protecting the privacy of children. Our services are not intended for, and are not directed at, individuals under the age of 18. As such, we do not knowingly collect, use, or store personal information from children under 18, except as strictly necessary to verify a user's age.

In limited circumstances, we may collect certain personal information solely for the purpose of age verification. This may include, for example, a date of birth or government-issued identification. Such information is used exclusively to determine whether the user meets the minimum age requirement for using our services. Once the age validation process is completed, all information collected for this purpose is securely discarded and not retained by the company.

We do not knowingly collect or process any other personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child without the appropriate legal basis or parental consent, we will take immediate steps to delete such information from our records.

Parents or legal guardians who believe that we may have unintentionally collected personal information from a child under the age of 18 are encouraged to contact us promptly, so that we can investigate and address the issue accordingly.

10. Modification of Privacy Protection Policy

The Company has the right to amend or modify this Policy from time to time and, in such case, the Company will make a public notice of it through bulletin board of its website or application service (or through individual notice such as written document, fax or e-mail) and obtain consent from the users if required by relevant laws. Nevertheless, you are ultimately responsible for consulting this Privacy Policy for regular changes.

Changes to this Privacy Policy will take effect upon update unless otherwise stated by us. Your continued use of our Services will indicate your acceptance of these changes and your agreement to be bound by the modified terms. We are committed to working with our users to reach a fair and prompt resolution without the need for formal legal proceedings wherever possible.

If we are unable to resolve the dispute through informal discussions within a reasonable time period (typically 30 days from the date we receive your initial written notice), both you and DLOOK(Dressy) agree to resolve the dispute exclusively through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court. This agreement to arbitrate applies to all disputes, including claims that arose before you accepted these Terms or any prior versions of them.
